A Heart of Generosity: Reflecting God's Love Through Giving

At the heart of the Christian faith is a spirit of generosity. The Bible reminds us in Second Corinthians 9:7 that, "Each of you should give what you have decided in your heart to give, not reluctantly or under compulsion, for God loves a cheerful giver."

Giving is more than a transaction—it's an act of worship. It reflects our trust in God's provision and our desire to be part of His work in the world. Whether it's through tithes, offerings, or acts of kindness, every gift given in love becomes a seed planted in faith.

When we give, we echo the greatest gift ever given: Jesus Christ, who gave His life so that we might live. Our generosity becomes a testimony of His grace, a light in the darkness, and a blessing to those in need.

Let us give with open hands and joyful hearts, knowing that God can do immeasurably more than we ask or imagine through our faithful stewardship.
As members of the body of Christ, we are called to live generously—not out of obligation, but out of love and gratitude for all God has done for us. In Acts 2:44-45, we see the early church sharing everything they had, ensuring no one was in need. That same spirit of unity and generosity lives on in us today.

Your faithful giving supports more than just the lights and walls of our church—it fuels ministry, outreach, discipleship, and care for those in need. Every tithe and offering is a step of faith, a declaration that we trust God as our provider and desire to be part of His work in our community and beyond.

Let us continue to give with joyful hearts, knowing that our generosity strengthens the bonds of our church family and extends the love of Christ to others.
“Honor the Lord with your wealth, with the first fruits of all your crops.” – Proverbs 3:9
